Michiel A.P. Pertijs 是荷兰代尔夫特理工大学（TU Delft）博士，师从 Johan Huijsing 教授。他的博士研究聚焦于 CMOS 智能温度传感器的精度提升，最终实现了 ±0.1°C（3σ）的 CMOS 温度传感器，是当时该类型的最佳报道精度。毕业后加入 National Semiconductor（Delft）。
